Provide verification from the county that any drainage solutions which occur outside the boundaries of the development document area are accepted and are constructed with adjacent owners' permission. (Additional notarized documentation of that approval will be submitted with the drainage report.) Contact Bill Zimmerman at 740-6350, Pima County Flood Control District, for information regarding permits within the Santa Cruz River. 3. All proposed easements (utility, sewer, drainage, access, etc.) are to be dimensioned and labeled as to their purposes with the recording information. Floodplain Use Permit: 1. The FUP will be issued and approved when provided with documentation and/or conditions from the Pima County Flood Control District. Contact Bill Zimmerman at 740-6350.
