Promoting office uses along this stretch of Broadway Blvd is an appropriate means to preserve the vitality of the street frontage and the adjacent neighborhood. The General Plan promotes an effective, well-planned system of roadways that establishes a functional, safe and aesthetic hierarchy of streets. Given the depth of the frontage side street, more visible signage for an office use or live work situation will promote a more functional and safe street along this gateway corridor.
