The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal. 1. Include the plan number "U-2010-003" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Include Development Services Department PIA activity number "T01PI00004"on cover sheet. 3. Include 12th Ave. in title of plan. "12th Avenue Right Turn Lane and Median Modifications for Pueblo Magnet High School" 4. Align provide plan and profile with plan view on sheet 2. Stationing in the profile view should line up with the stationing on the plan view. 5. Has right-of-way been dedicated or an easement been recorded for the proposed improvements. 6. Sheet 4, Detail 4,5, 6: Provide stationing and offsets for the proposed curb access ramp openings. Additionally, indicate slopes for the ramp and landing sections. 7. Sheet 4, Detail 5: Provide stationing, offsets and elevations for the BCRs and ECRs of the traffic island. Additionally, indicate the type of curb proposed and provide a cross section of the walk through area of the island. Refer to redline plans for additional comments and comment details.
