The following items must be revised or added to the plan. 1. Include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed. 2. See redlines on the submitted drawings and address the additional redline comments. During the next submittal please re-submit the roll of redlines for back checking purposes. 3. Along Craycroft Road ensure that all existing signs that are effected by the off-site improvements and are applicable to the roadway remain in place or relocated to an appropriate location. If damaged or unsuitable for reuse then replace with new sign and/or post. 4. Install R1-1 (Stop Sign) at the proposed driveway entering this development per PCDOT & TDOT Signing Manual (2002) Chap 5-11, 5-12, and Chap 9-2. 5. Provide a 'RIGHT LANE' (R3-5F) supplemental plaque under the new (R3-5R). 6. Place the PIA and CDRC Case number on the cover sheet. 7. Add the Pavement Marking General Notes per PCDOT & TDOT Pavement Marking Design Manual (2208) Sheet 2-1 8. Add the following Signing General Notes 5(a) & 5(b) per PCDOT & TDOT Signing Manual (2002) (Chapter 1, Sheet 12) to the Plans. 9. Add the following Pavement Marking/Striping General Notes to the Plans: 'ALL STREET STRIPING & SIGNAGE TO BE COORDINATED WITH C.O.T. TRAFFIC ENGINEERING CALL 791-4259 A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION OR REMOVAL OF ANY SIGNAGE OR STRIPING. ALL REQUIRED STRIPING AND SIGNAGE WILL BE INSTALLED AT THE CONTRACTOR'S EXPENSE. NEW STRIPING TO BE THERMOPLASTIC MATERIAL. USE 2" SQUARE-TUBE POST AND SQUARE TUBE POST FOUNDATIONS FOR SIGNING. BARRICADE PLAN MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE CITY OF TUCSON TRAFFIC ENGINEERING FOR APPROVAL 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF ANY WORK IN PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY.'
