3. Indicate assigned TDOT activity number T10PI00002 above title block. See redlines.

4. Sheet 1, General Note #22: "The PIA Inspector shall verify that the Saw-cut line is located within competent pavement. Adjustments to the plan shall be documented and As-built; a one foot minimum shall be provided." Correct note to read one foot instead of two feet.

5. Sheet 2, Roadway Plan View: Indicate the Stationing, Offset, Elevation, and Beginning point of pavement cut. See redlines.

6. Sheet 2, Detail E: Show the proposed information for Q, S, and V, as well as the proposed structural pavement. Existing pavement thickness and surface treatment shall be matched.

7. All symbols and lines shown on plan must be shown in Legend.

8. Indicate a cross section detail of PAAL entryway. See redlines for exact location of cross section.

9. Pedestrian areas/shoulders along side of strip paved streets should be a minimum of 8 feet wide, slope @ 2% and be separate to drainage ditches/channels.

10. Demonstrate how this proposed design will incorporate a continuous pedestrian circulation path across the entryway.

11. There is an existing east bound Sun Tran bus stop just passed the proposed entryway to Lincoln Park. Demonstrate how this proposed entryway may impact the existing bus stop location. Contact Bea Paulus of Sun Tran at 623-4301 for all bus stop questions.
