The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal. 1. A slope easement will be required for the proposed slopes along Tucson Marketplace Boulevard that are adjacent to private property. 2. Provide placeholders for easement recordation information so recordation information can be added when obtained. 3. Sheet 2, Roadway Cross Section Details: Show slopes adjacent to roadway and indicate a 2' buffer, with a cross slope no steeper than 2%, between sidewalk and slope hinge point. 4. Sheet 12, Crosswalk Through Median Detail: Indicate the placement of truncated domes in median crosswalk area. Refer to redline plans for additional comments and comment details.
