The following comments need to be addressed in the next submittal. 1. Include the plan number "I-2010-001" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Include Development Services Department PIA activity number "T01PI00001"on cover sheet. 3. Include plat recordation information of the Block Plat on cover sheet. 4. Indicate Floodplain Use Permit on cover sheet. 5. Lighten shading used for the proposed pavement areas in plan views. 6. Renumber sheets with sequential numbers, no letters. 7. Include in legend all symbols and lines used in drawing (see PC/COT S.D. 100). 8. Provide plan and profile on same sheet. Stationing in the profile view should line up with the stationing on the plan view. Additionally, include drainage structures in profile view. 9. Indicate the final surface treatment for proposed median islands. 10. Identify and reference structural plans for the proposed arc culvert on Tucson Market Boulevard in plan view. Additionally, provide stationing, offsets and elevations for the arc culvert and wing walls. 11. Verify that the proposed arc culver complies with the City of Tucson Active Practice Guidelines for Buried Arc Culverts (see attached). 12. Proposed asphalt must match existing asphalt on Kino Boulevard. Kino Boulevard currently has a 2" rubberized asphalt finished surface course. 13. Call out the location and reference bus bay details of the proposed bus bay on Kino Boulevard in the plan view. Additionally, use COT Bus Bay Details (see attached). COT detail calls out a 12" P.C.C. pavement section. 14. Provide a cross section of the proposed bus bay. 15. Provide a dimensioned detail of the median island pedestrian cross through at +/- 24+65 (Marketplace Boulevard). Additionally, a wider pedestrian refuge area with truncated domes should be provided. 16. Provide pedestrian access easements for the areas where the sidewalk encroaches into private property. Delineate and label all easements and dedications. 17. A drainage easement will be required for the proposed catch basin and associated storm drain pipe located at concentration point DA-1 (southwest corner of Marketplace Boulevard and Kino Boulevard). 18. Indicate the wing length for proposed catch basins on Kino Boulevard. 19. Provide a manhole at the proposed storm drain junction at 324+98.74, 44.21 LT (Kino Boulevard), (S.M.D.D. 10.9.1.8). 20. Provide a hydraulic analysis for sizing the proposed storm drain system at the intersection of Tucson Marketplace Boulevard and Nobel Way and within Nobel Way.
