In reviewing this Floodplain Use Permit application it has been concluded that the improvements fall under Chapter 26 Section 26-9. Per the application the manufactured home rules do not imply to recreational vehicles or temporary trailers which are on site for fewer than 180-days and which are fully licensed and ready for highway use. A recreational or temporary vehicle is one that is ready for highway use if it is on its wheels or jack system and is attached to the site only be quick disconnect type utilities and security devices and has no permanent attached additions.

The applicant agrees to comply with City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard Area Regulations. Violation of any of the conditions stated or referred to below, as determined by the City Engineer, shall be grounds for revocation of this permit. Issuance of this permit does not constitute a waiver of other requirements contained in the Tucson City Code, Land Use Code, or any other Federal, State, or local regulation. No use other than as permitted herein is allowed. Additional uses allowed under City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard Regulations require application for review and approval of an additional Floodplain Use Permit.
