DATE: December 22, 2010 ACTIVITY NUMBER: T10OT02336 SUMMARY: Engineering Division of Planning & Development Services Department has received the resubmittal package for the above referenced property and has reviewed the 2nd submittal of the drainage report prepared by SCE. PDSD Engineering recommends approval of the report for scour wall design purposes only. Once the project is ready to proceed, the following conditions will apply: a) A revised Development Plan or Development Package will be required to be submitted to CDRC. b) Environmental Resource Report submittal and review may be required as determined during Development Plan review. c) A grading permit application and grading plan review will be required. The construction of the scour wall shall not exceed the boundary of the parcel and shall be subject to any ERR restrictions after ERR review. Grading plan shall reflect all restrictions from ERR review. d) A wall permit for the scour wall is required for review. For any questions, call me at 837-4934.
