Sheet 2 of 2 1. The loads shown in the Panel Schedule for the two lighting circuits (using two VHO lamps each) are understated and need to be corrected. 2. Resolve inconsistency between the Notes that indicate 122 existing and replacement panels (30A) and the 206 existing replacement panels (60A) shown otherwise; if the replacement panel is to be a 122, the panel schedule needs to show the time control on one of the two lighting circuits and the remaining entry spaces need to be deleted or crossed out. 3. Provide the manufacturer's literature and photograph (with cover open and showing interior breaker cover plate) for the replacement panel. 4. Indicate the manufacturer and model number of the time control unit. |
