Elevation: indicate the conduit, conductors & ground between the two upper junction boxes, consistent with Notes (Bullet #9), as amended. 5. Ballast Mounting: between the two junction boxes depicted, correct the number of #18 conductors indicated (should be 6 instead of 12); if applicable, above the two junction boxes, correct the number of #12 conductors (may be (3), depending on wiring configuration; see Comment #3 above)). 6. Ballast Mounting: extend to show side view of upper junction box, liquid tite, and light fixture support arms (with number and type of conductors). 7. Partial Plan View: indicate the circuit numbers for each of the four light fixtures. Sheet 3 of 3 1.
