Title Block: add Stipulation address (11401 E. I-10). 2. Partial Vicinity Map: depict existing disconnect and clock box at correct location (north pole). 3. Notes: add notation that any excess fixtures, conduit, connectors, wiring, or breakers no longer being used to be removed. 4. Notes: add notation that no junction boxes or other fixtures where wire connections are made to be installed or remain on the load side of the panel other than those depicted on the plan. 5. One-Line Diagram: depict and include circuitry for ballasts, clock box and any other fixtures where wire connections are made. Sheet 3 of 3 1. Title Block: add Stipulation address. 2. Include full specs for new ballast (as in other submittals). |
