3. Notes: add notation that no junction boxes or other fixtures where wire
connections are made to be installed or remain on the load side of the panel
other than those depicted on the plan.

4. Notes: add notation that any excess fixtures, conduit, connectors,
wiring, or breakers no longer being used to be removed.
