Comment for future reference: Title Block: change "Relocation" in title to "Modification". Sheet 2 of 4 1. Provide the calcs related to the light arm support attachment as part of plan set (January 20, 2010; June 15, 2010 revisions). Sheet 3 of 4 1. Notes (Bullet #3), Existing Electrical Riser Diagram & Elevation: reduce the number of #12 replacement conductors between the panel and first junction box from six (6) to three (3); number of existing conductors to be field confirmed. 2. Notes (Bullet #4): reduce the number of #12 replacement conductors between the first junction box and the second pair of junction boxes from three (3) to two (2); show same on Elevation. 3. Notes (#12): resolve inconsistency of use of SOOW flex cable shown on Partial Plan View and Manufacturer's Spec Sheet with rigid connection (3/4" nipple) between support arm and junction box; clarify any need to use SOOW flex cable if entirely housed within conduit; if exposed SOOW flex cable is to be used, add notation specifying minimum and maximum distances below junction boxes that flex cable drip loops/slack is to extend (or otherwise provide appropriate limit on length of flex cables). 4. Notes: add notation that no junction boxes or other fixtures where wire connections are made to be installed or remain on the load side of the panel other than those depicted on the plan. 5. Notes: add notation that any excess fixtures, conduit, connectors, wiring, or breakers no longer being used to be removed. 6. Elevation: at first junction box, add note that branch to second face occurs here. 7. Elevation: indicate location of flex cable loops between junction boxes and light fixtures. 8. Elevation: depict existing ballasts with notation to be removed. 9. Panel Schedule: correct panel amperage rating. 10. Panel Schedule & Partial Plan View: change number of circuits from two per face to one per face. 11. Existing Electrical Riser Diagram: indicate number and amperage of breakers in existing 206 panel. 12. New One-Line Diagram: the #4 bond to ground rods is oversized as to existing and NEC minimum; either reduce to #8 or clarify need for oversized bond. 13. Title Block: correct the address to match Stipulation. 14. Shield Diagram: depict in top-down configuration with notation: "Zero Uplight Above 90 Degrees From Nadir Ref IES File #104313" (see EDC submittals). 15. Add notation that as per Subparagraph 8.3.4 of the Stipulation a special inspection is to be performed for metal halide lighting compliance as provided for in Section 306 of the 1997 Uniform Administrative Code (or any applicable successors or amendments thereto). Sheet 4 of 4 1. Title Block: correct the address to match Stipulation. |
