Note: this submittal was provided on June 28 without noting the July 26 deadline for comments or the date of submittal. Sheet 1 of 4 1. Correct the billboard footprint, which is further to the west of the east property line.more than the 3-foot tolereance allows for. Sheet 2 of 4 1. Provide the calcs related to the light arm support attachment as part of plan set (May 20, 2010; June 9, 2010 revisions). Sheet 3 of 4 1. Notes (Bullet #6), Existing Electrical Riser Diagram & Elevation: reduce the number of #12 replacement conductors between the panel and first junction box from six (5) to three (3); number of existing conductors to be field confirmed. 2. Notes (Bullet #8), Elevation & Partial Plan View: reduce the number of #12 replacement conductors between the first junction box and the second junction box from three (3) to two (2). 3. Notes (Bullet #10): resolve inconsistency of use of SOOW flex cable shown on Partial Plan View and Manufacturer's Spec Sheet with rigid connection (3/4" nipple) between support arm and junction box; clarify any need to use SOOW flex cable if entirely housed within conduit; if exposed SOOW flex cable is to be used, add notation specifying minimum and maximum distances below junction boxes that flex cable drip loops/slack is to extend (or otherwise provide appropriate limit on length of flex cables). 4. Notes: add notation that no junction boxes or other fixtures where wire connections are made to be installed or remain on the load side of the panel other than those depicted on the plan. 5. Add notation: "Special inspection required prior to final inspection for installation of light fixture support arms, light fixtures, shields, gaskets, and associated parts. Inspector to verify that light fixtures are installed with shield in a horizontal position so that no light is emitted above the horizontal plane and that mean lumen output of the light fixtures does not exceed 1000 lumens per horizontal foot of billboard face, as per the City of Tucson/Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code and the City of Tucson-Clear Channel Outdoor Stipulation (Pima County Superior Court No. C20003712)".
