Below are comments for the lighting modification & electrical repair
resubmittal for COT ID# 455 at 1855 West Grant Road (T10EL01287).

Sheet 1 of 3

1. The site dimensions conflict with those in a subsequent submittal for
the same site (T10BU01425). The aerial overlay site map for this submittal
(T10EL01287) shows the billboard setback from the Grant Road right-of-way to
be 8.0', while the aerial map for the subsequent submittal (T10BU01425)
shows the setback to be 0.0'. Since the latter dimension appears to be more
accurate, the aerial map for T10BU01425 should be pasted in to the site plan
for T10EL01287 and resubmitted (or otherwise make the necessary changes to
one or both aerial maps so they are one in the same for both submittals).

1. Notes (Bullet #3), Partial Riser Diagram & Elevation: reduce the number
of #12 replacement conductors between the panel and first junction box from
six (6) to three (3).

2. Notes (Bullet #4), Elevation & Partial Plan View: reduce the number of
#12 replacement conductors in the liquid tite cable between the first
junction box and the junction box on the opposite face from three (3) to two
(2).

3. Panel Schedule & Partial Plan View: reduce number of lighting circuits
from four (4) to (2).

4. Notes (Upper; #2): add clarifying phrase on exception for flexible cable
(e.g., " . except SOOW cable is to be used where conductors are enclosed in
the light arm supports between the connecting junction box and the
luminaire").

5. Shield Diagram: add adjacent notation that shield is to be installed in
a downward orientation so as to limit light emission to below the horizontal
plane as per photometric test on Sheet 4.
