Sheet 3 of 3

1. Notes (Bullet #3), Elevation & Partial Riser Diagram: reduce the number
of #12 replacement conductors between the panel and first junction box from
six (6) to three (3). [Comment #4, 6/7/10]

2. Notes (Bullet #4), Elevation & Partial Plan View: reduce the number of
#12 replacement conductors between the first junction box and the second
pair of junction boxes from three (3) to two (2). [Comment #5, 6/7/10]

3. Panel Schedule: reduce the number of lighting circuits from four (4) to
(2) [See Comment #2, 6/7/10]

4. Elevation: indicate the locations where the SOOW cable is to be used
with a note clarifying that those are the only locations where the SOOW is
to be installed (apparently between the last junction boxes and the light
fixtures through the ½" EMT and connected light arms supports). [See
Comment #12(B), 6/7/10]

5. Elevation: delete the reference to and wavy line to the ½" EMT from the
panel upwards as no such ½" EMT conduit exists (the only conduit exiting the
panel box is ¾" armored cable connected to ¾" EMT approximately two (2) feet
above the panel top).

6. Manufacturer's 360 Shield Cut-Sheet: add adjacent notation clarifying
that shield is to be installed on top-mounted light fixtures directing light
downward below the horizontal plane as per the installation utilized for the
photometric test on Sheet 4 (or otherwise clarify that the bottom-mounted
configuration shown in the manufacturer's cut-sheet does not represent the
installation for this application).

7. Add standard notation: "Special inspection required prior to final
inspection for installation of light fixture support arms, light fixtures,
shields, gaskets, and associated parts. Inspector to verify that light
fixtures are installed with shield in a horizontal position so that no light
is emitted above the horizontal plane and that mean lumen output of the
light fixtures does not exceed 1000 lumens per horizontal foot of billboard
face, as per the City of Tucson/Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code and the
City of Tucson-Clear Channel Outdoor Stipulation (Pima County Superior Court
No. C20003712)". [Note: this notation may be integrated with the more
specific notation on the special inspection required for the light fixture
gaskets already on the plan].
