Below comments on the lighting modification & electrical repair resubmittal
(7/30/10) for COT ID# 595 at 9501 East I-10 (T10EL01262).

1. Panel Schedule: correct the new volt-amp entry for Circuit #1 and
associated sums; based on the ballast manufacturer's stated input watts (248
watts per two lamp fixture (F96T12HO)) and the 125% continuous load factor
that the EOR is including in the panel schedule, this figure should be 620
v-a for this circuit; if otherwise, provide the calculations as to how the
v-a entry was arrived at; these entries need to be standardized for all
pending and future panel schedules.

2. Panel Schedule & One-Line Diagram: include the volt-amps & circuitry for
the time controller respectively.

3. Panel Schedule: indicate the number of light fixtures under circuit
description for Circuit #1,.

4. Panel Schedule & One-Line Diagram: clarify whether the large enclosure
(designated a "junction box" in the original submittal) is a 206 panel or
not (its cabinet appears to have different dimensions than that for the
206); if not, make the appropriate changes, including the number of breaker
spaces and the cabinet dimensions shown in the panel schedule.
