06/07/2010 | GLENN MOYER | ADMINISTRATIVE | ADMIN REVIEW | Denied | Please find below comments on the lighting modification & electrical repair submittal for COT ID# 595 at 9501 East I-10 (T10EL01262). Mark Mayer Billboard Review Committee 3361 East 23rd Street Tucson, Arizona 85713 520.326.4522 Sheet 1 of 3 1. No comments. Sheet 2 of 3 1. Add panel schedule indicating circuits, breakers, and respective loads (as in submittals where replacement of service is indicated); if there is any proposed change in circuits or breakers compared to existing panel, add notation describing such change). 2. Provide circuit plan using Partial Plan View or otherwise, showing ballasts and any junction boxes or other fixtures where wire connections are made on the load side of the panel box and indicating the circuit number as shown in the panel schedule. 3.Notes (Bullet #6) & Elevation: indicate tee instead of junction box (or explain why junction box is shown where there are no apparent wire connections being made here; if ¾" tee is used, ¾" liquid tite is permissible for this short run, rather than using ½" liquid tite with reducers on each end, but change Bullets #7 & #11 and Elevation accordingly). 4. Notes (Bullet #7): clarify this description, particularly as to the need for the second sentence; it appears that there are two #18 wire bundles (six wires each) that run from the panel box to the tee where they separate without any wire connections and go on to each of the two fixtures (not just the "remaining" fixture); if so, state more succinctly; if not, describe the work more clearly. 5. Notes (Bullet #8): indicate that ½" EMT is being replaced in addition to the ½" liquid tite being replaced; indicate the number and type of each #12 conductor in parentheses (e.g., (1) hot, (1) neutral & (1) ground). 6. Notes: add notation indicating total number of junction boxes on the load side of the panel box. 7. Notes: add notation that no junction boxes or other fixtures where wire connections are made to be installed or remain other than those depicted on the plan. 8. Notes: add notation that any excess fixtures, conduit, connectors, wiring, or breakers no longer being used to be removed. 10. Elevation: add second arrow to indicate that both runs of wire between the tee and light fixtures are (6) #18 wire. 11. Elevation: depict third existing ballast in center with notation to be removed. 12. Elevation: below notation on new ballasts, indicate total number of ballasts. Sheet 3 of 3 No comments. |
