Mark Mayer Billboard Review Committee 3361 East 23rd Street Tucson, Arizona 85713 520.326.4522 Sheet 1 of 3 1. Billboard Notes (#7): correct sheet reference in parentheses (from Sheet 2 of 3 to Sheet 3 of 4). Sheet 2 of 3 1. Provide the calcs related to the light arm support attachment (January 20, 2010) and include as part of the plan set. 2. Add notation clarifying that stiffener plates are only to be added to the two uprights supporting the light arms and not to the other four uprights. Sheet 3 of 3 1. Notes (first set under Mean Lumen Calculation): add fourth note indicating that only lamp to be used is that specified for the photometric test detailed on Sheet 4 (Philips MS320/U/PS (Bulb size: ED-28)) 2. Add panel schedule indicating circuits, breakers, and respective loads (as in submittals where replacement of service is indicated); if there is any change in circuits or breakers compared to existing panel, add notation describing such change). 3. Provide circuit plan using Partial Plan View or otherwise, showing all junction boxes or other fixtures where wire connections are made on the load side of the panel box and indicating the circuit number as shown in the panel schedule. 4. Notes (Bullet #3): clarify that the seven junction boxes to be installed are the total number being installed or remaining on the load side of the panel box. 5. Notes (Bullet #4), Elevation & Partial Riser Diagram: reduce the number of #12 replacement conductors between the panel and first junction box from seven to four (two pair of 320-watt lamps do not justify third and fourth circuits). 6. Notes (Bullet #5) & Elevation: reduce the number of #12 replacement conductors between the first junction box and the second pair of junction boxes from five to three (two pair of 320-watt lamps do not justify third and fourth circuits). 7. Notes (Bullets #4, #5 & #6): indicate the number and type of each #12 conductor in parentheses (e.g., (1) hot, (1) neutral & (1) ground). 8. Notes: add notation that no junction boxes or other fixtures where wire connections are made to be installed or remain other than those depicted on the plan. 9. Notes: add notation that any excess fixtures, conduit, connectors, wiring, or breakers no longer being used, including those associated with the second circuit for the third and fourth light fixtures, to be removed. 10. Notes: add notation specifying maximum distance below junction boxes that flex cable drip loops/slack is to extend (or otherwise provide appropriate limit on length of flex cables). 11. Elevation: show short, truncated run of second branch circuit off of first junction box indicating the number and gauge of conductors and with a note that lighting & electrical configuration for second face is same as depicted for first face 12. Elevation: depict loops of flex cable between the two junction boxes and light fixtures. 13. Elevation: depict existing ballasts with notation to be removed. 14. Elevation & Partial Riser Diagram: resolve inconsistency as to diameter of existing riser conduit (1/2" vs. 3/4"). 15. Partial Plan View: delete reference to "MIN." as to ½" conduit. Sheet 4 of 4 1. Include manufacturer's spec sheet for Philips MS320/U/PS lamp specified in photometric test. |
