Notes (3rd Bullet): add notation that Sylvania F96T12/CW/VHO or other VHO lamp with a higher mean lumen rating than 9604 may not be installed as a substitute on this billboard. Sylvania F96T12/CW/VHO/SS (9100 mean lumens) is the preferred lamp for this 5-lamp (per face) installation. 2. Notes (5th Bullet) & Electrical Riser diagram: resolve discrepancy as to whether existing EMT is 1/2" or 3/4". 3. Notes (6th Bullet): indicate three junction boxes below the set of ballasts for each face (instead of four) and one single junction box for opposite face light fixture branch. 4. Notes: Add notation that no junction boxes other than those depicted to be installed. 5. Clarify that leftmost junction box depicted is single location where branch occurs for two light fixture circuits; provide the specific location of this junction box (current location is much lower). 6. Elevation: depict transition coupling/reducer between 1/2" liquid tite and 3/4" new rigid conduit. Sheet 3 of 3 1.
