Comments below are for the second resubmittal for electrical repair for COT
ID# 82 at 4862 East 22nd Street (T10EL00909).

1. Panel Schedule: correct the the volt-amp entries for Circuits #1 and #3
and associated summations; based on the ballast manufacturer's stated input
watts (467 watts per two lamp fixture (F96T12VHO)) and the 125% continuous
load factor that the EOR is utilizing, this figure should be 1167.5 v-a for
Circuit #1; for Circuit #3, the plan does not state the ballast
manufacturer/model number for the existing ballast, but assuming the
standard Universal WPR-480-XLH-R (250 watts per two lamp fixture
(F96T12HO)) and the 125% continuous load factor, the figure should be 312.5
v-a
or thereabouts; if otherwise, provide the calculations as to how the v-a
entries were arrived at; these entries need to be standardized for all
pending and future panel schedules.
