Sheet 2 of 3

1. Notes: add notation that no junction boxes to be used other than for
wire connection purposes and that no junction boxes to be installed or
remain other than those depicted on the plan.
2. Notes: add notation that number of #12 replacement conductors indicated
includes ground wire.
3. Elevation: indicate where branch between Circuits #1 & #3 occurs; if in
one of the ballast enclosures, indicate which side (north face or south
face); if in junction box below, depict junction box & show specific
location; in either case, depict a truncated second branch showing the
change from incoming four #12 conductors to three #12 conductors for each
branch with notation that conduit/ballast configuration for second side is
same as for first.
4. Elevation: depict liquid tite in curved form from ballasts to connection
with new 3/4" rigid support arms (for example, see Sheet 2 of submittal for
T10EL00830, but depict liquid tite coming out of side instead of bottom as
new ballasts have no bottom knockout).
5. Elevation: clarify what "New 90" given that liquid tite already uses
this ballast enclosure knockout; it appears that the logical configuration
is for incoming circuit to come in through a tee between the two ballasts
with the liquid tite connecting to the outer knockouts; clarify this
configuration.
6. Elevation: for riser conduit, change reference from "existing panel" to
"new panel".
7. Elevation: delete the UG service conduit below the meter (or designate
as ground).
8. Panel Block: correct the entries for Circuits #1 & #3 to reflect two
fixtures/ballasts with a total of four 110 watt lamps per circuit (shown as
only 125
volt-amps per circuit).
