Original Sheet 2

1. Lack of comments on the original Sheet 2 was based on the four
replacement conductors leaving the panel box including the ground as per
earlier convention in administering the settlement agreement; prior to
permit issuance, a notation needs to be added to Sheet 2 clarifying that the
four conductors include one ground and that the three remaining conductors
provide for two circuits (two hot & one nuetral).
