1. Title Block: correct size of east face from 14'x48' to 10'x40'.

2. Note (1st & 9th Bullets): clarify exactly how many and which of the
panels are being removed and reinstalled.

3. Note (5th Bullet): change number of conductors, if applicable.

4. Note: add notation that no junction boxes to be installed or used other
than those depicted on plan.

5. Note: add notation that number of #12 conductors specified includes
ground wire.

6. Partial Riser Diagram & Elevation: depict and specify the location of
the junction box where circuits for two different faces will branch; clarify
whether any new conduit/fittings to be installed for the 12x24 light fixture
remaining in place; correct
the number of conductors coming out of the 122 panel box, if
applicable.

7. Elevation: clarify if "NEW 90ยบ" depicted twice is pull through elbow or
otherwise.

8. Elevation: depict EMT conduit/fittings connecting to sides of ballast
enclosures (instead of bottoms); depict specific configuration of EMT
conduit/fittings coming into the ballast enclosures and connecting the
ballasts to the light fixtures (including any liquid tite if used).

2. Side View: add dimension between top stringer and top of upright/face
panel (alternatively, either indicate uppermost stringer as "Top Stringer"
or depict all four stringers).
