1. Comment for future reference: Billboard Notes (#4): opening line should
be amended to read "Latitude and Longitude of billboard at approximate
center of footprint:" (also deleting line at bottom).
2. Comment for future reference: Title Block: change title to "Lighting
Relocation and Electrical Repair Site Plan".
3. Comment for future reference: add "COT Activity No. __________" near the
title block. [Note to PDSD staff: where CCO has placed this line on
subsequent applications there is insufficient space to insert the
handwritten number; this entry may be better located at the upper right of
the plan sheet where such activity numbers are more typically written with
the Site Plan Requirements stating a minimum font size that approximates the
handwritten entries].

Lighting Relocation and Repair Plan (Sheet 2 of 3)

1. Add "COT Activity No. T10EL00748" near the title block (or at
alternative location as determined by PDSD staff).
2. Title Block: change title to "Lighting Relocation and Electrical Repair
Plan" and delete quotation marks.
3. Notes (Bullet #2): indicate ¾" rigid conduit as "new".
4. Notes (Bullets #4 & #5), Elevation & Electrical Riser Diagram: change
conduit size from ¾" EMT to ½" EMT; alternatively, retain the current
configuration as to ballast location and conduit runs except for additional
conduit runs to reach the top-mounted light fixtures.
5. Notes (Bullet #7): indicate the conduit size and type between the
ballasts and light fixtures (size should be 1/2" except for any double
bundles of
#18 wire).
6. Elevation: depict ballasts in existing locations.

1. Add "COT Activity No. T10EL00748" near the title block [or at
alternative location as determined by PDSD staff].
