Although not due until May 24, it would be helpful to expedite the comments so Clear Channel can start working on a standard configuration for replacements of the entire electrical service for twin I-beam poster panels (none have been approved to date under the settlement agreement; there are three others pending). Also note that the east face panel for this billboard is wood section, a very uncommon type for a billboard of this vintage.
