Lighting Removal, Replacement and/or Relocation Site Plan (Sheet 1 of 3)

1. Correct east-west dimensions on aerial photograph overlay: the sum of
the dimensions need to add; the 10-foot width of the billboard is excessive
(actual width closer to 4 feet); the 6.5-foot distance to east property line
is insufficient (actual distance closer to 11 feet); also correct "Alley" to
"Ash Avenue".
2. Billboard Notes (#7; 1st Bullet): add removal of horizontal light arm
supports.
3. Billboard Notes (#7; 3rd Bullet): indicate lamp manufacturer and
conform the lamp model number and the initial lumen rating to that shown on
Sheet 3.
4. Billboard Notes (#8): amend "modification" to "modification and repair".
5. Title Block: amend title to "Lighting Modification & Repair Site Plan".

Electrical Plan Sheet (Sheet 2 of 3)

1. Billboard Notes (#4): add "Approximate Center of Footprint".

supports.
3. Billboard Notes (#7; 2nd Paragraph): indicate lamp manufacturer and

5. Electrical Riser Diagram & Elevation: clarify why ¾" EMT conduit is
being shown where ½" EMT conduit should be adequate for a single
ballast/single fixture application; if changed to ½" EMT on plans, conform
same in Billboard Notes on Sheets 1 & 2 and Back View on Sheet 3.
6. Electrical Riser Diagram: indicate the manufacturer and model number for
the replacement meter socket.
7. Title Block: add appropriate title in title space (e.g., "Lighting
Modification & Repair Plan").

Overhead Fluorescent Lighting (Sheet 3 of 3)

1. End View: designate the two angle iron metal halide lighting supports on
back side of uprights to be removed.
2. Mounting Detail: clarify the substitution of pole spikes for the screws
indicated in the engineer's letter (Exhibit 8 of the Stipulation).
3. End View: add dimension for distance that fixture extends horizontally
from point of attachment.
4. Back View: add length dimension for the light fixture.
5. Add the street address and COT ID# to the plan sheet.
6. Add engineer's stamp to the plan sheet [Note: it would be preferable for
the engineer to incorporate the details from this sheet into the electrical
plan sheet].
