Lighting Removal, Modification and/or Replacement Site Plan (Sheet 1 of 3)

1. Billboard Notes (#7; 3rd Bullet): add lamp manufacturer and conform the
lamp model number and the initial lumen rating to that shown on Sheet 3.
2. Billboard Notes (#8): amend "modification" to "modification and repair".
3. Title Block: amend title to "Lighting Modification & Repair Site Plan".

Electrical Plan Sheet (Sheet 2 of 3)

1. Add notation that reads "No parts or components are to be removed,
installed, replaced, or reinstalled except as indicated".
2. Billboard Notes (#4): add "Approximate Center of Footprint"
3. Billboard Notes (#7; 2nd Paragraph): indicate the lamp manufacturer and
conform the lamp model number and the initial lumen rating to that shown on
Sheet 3.
4. Electrical Riser Diagram: indicate the size, type, and number of
conductors between the ballast and the lamp sockets.

1. Description of Existing Lamp: indicate lamp manufacturer.
2. End View: designate the two angle iron metal halide lighting supports on
back side of uprights to be removed.
3. Mounting Detail: clarify the substitution of pole spikes for the screws
indicated in the engineer's letter (Exhibit 8 of the Stipulation).
4. End View: add dimension for distance that fixture extends horizontally
from point of attachment.
5. Back View: add length dimension for the light fixture.
6. Add the street address and COT ID# to the plan sheet.
7. The sheet needs to be stamped by the engineer [Note: it would be
preferable for the engineer to incorporate the details from this sheet into
the electrical plan sheet].

model number is unique to Sylvania]
3. Billboard Notes (#7): clarify the initial lumen rating (8434 shown as
compared to 8430 on Sheet 3).

conductors between the ballast and the lamp sockets.
