(The screen must be behind the required 50% landscape coverage). 2. Fifty (50) percent or more of the street landscape border area must have shrubs and vegetative ground cover per LUC 3.7.2.4. 3. Provide square footage of the street landscape borders and calculation of the percentage of vegetative coverage for landscape borders per DS 2-07.2.2.2.g. Note: The screening requirement is in addition to the landscape requirements. 4. Revise note pertaining to ground cover to read: All disturbed, grubbed, graded, or bladed areas not otherwise improved shall be landscaped, reseeded, or treated with an inorganic or organic ground cover to help reduce dust pollution. The Implementation Plan shall include a table detailing information for each identified Water Harvesting Infiltration Area at the site, The Spread-sheet list only one infiltration area. All infiltration areas must be listed individually on the table to accurately tabulate data provided. Label each area to correspond with the spread-sheet landscape and water-harvesting plans. 6. Plant canopy area (square feet) that is served by (each WHIA,_ consisting of the sum of understory, midstory and overstory plant canopies at 60 percent of the mature plant sizes.
