The Cell Tower plan has been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. Provide documentation from Tucson Police Department that PROCEDUAL CONTITION #5 has been met. 3. Per LAND USE COMPATABILITY comment 13 a ten (10) foot wide landscape buffer is required around the perimeter of the required site wall. Show the ten (10) foot wide landsacpe buffer on the site plan. Zoning acknowledges the letter dated April 26, 2010 from Michael W. Wyndken that allows for the existing natural vegetation to serve as the buffer. This letter does not eleminate the requirement for the ten (10) foot buffer around the perimeter wall. This buffer must be entirely on site. 4. Zoning will re-review the Cell Tower plan on the next submittal to insure compliance. Additional comments may be forthcoming. Engineering Division of the City of Tucson Planning & Development Services Department has received and reviewed the submittal package. Engineering does not recommend approval of the plans until the following comments are addressed. COMMENTS: 1) SE-09-17 (Ord.10761): Show compliance of special exception conditions. In response letter and on plans with notes or on planview, explain how project is in compliance for items 8, 13, 14, & 16. 2) DS Sec.11-01: Show at minimum 2-ft offset from east property boundary. 3) DS Sec.10-02.2.3.1.5.G: Provide copy of lease agreement or license agreement for parcel owned by Az Board of Regents.
