2. Show how the temperature of the hot water supply to the public lavatories is controlled. Reference: Section 413.1, UPC 2006 and Section 504.3, IECC 2006.
3. Provide information to show that the shower and tub/shower control valves conform to the requirements of ASSE 1016. Reference: Section 418.0, UPC 2006.
4. The specified model (Eemax SP2412) for the instantaneous water heater, WH-3, is not capable of being set to limit the delivered water temperature. Provide an instantaneous water heater that is listed for controlling the water temperature or show how the temperature of the hot water supply to the public lavatoriy is to be controlled. 2. Clarify the air balancing data with regard to the airflow capacities of the new and existing and new rooftop units. The Packaged H/P Schedule on M3, the schedule showing the OSA provided per unit on M3, and the mechanical plan on M1 show different capacities for HP-3, HP-4, HP-5, HP-6, HP-7, HP-8, and HP-9. Reference: Section 106.3.1, IMC 2006.
3. Keynote 13 on sheet M1 indicates 2,000 CFM of return for HP-2 and the schedule on M3, showing the OSA provided per unit, indicates only 1,000 CFM of outside air being taken in by the unit. From where is the remaining 1,000 CFM entering HP-2? Reference: Section 106.3.1, IMC 2006.
