The Development Designator is "G" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The minimum setback to the east property line is the greater of six feet or two-thirds the height of the structure's wall facing the property line. The wall height facing the east property line is less than nine (9) feet. The minimum setback to the east property line is six (6) feet (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The proposed setback is six (6) inches. |
