This site is in the R-1 Zone (LUC Section 2.3.4.2.A.1). The Development Designator is "G" (LUC Section 3.2.3.1.B) and the Perimeter Yard Indicator AA (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The minimum setback to the east property line is the greater of six feet or two-thirds the height of the structure's wall facing the property line. The minimum setback to the east property line is six (6) feet. The proposed setback is one (1) foot. |
