The minimum setback to the west property line is the greater of six feet or two-thirds the height of the structure's wall facing the property line. The wall height facing the west property line is eight (8) feet, four (4) inches. The minimum setback to the west property line is six (6) feet. The proposed setback is three (3) feet. |
