Show compliance with the 2006 IBC, Chapter 11, Sections 1012, 1009 and ICC (ANSI 117.1), Sections 504 and 505. 15. Prrovide a complete Building Code Data analysis and include on drawings. a. Show proper occupancy load calculations. Include meeting room occupants. b. State if building is sprinkelered or not 16. Provide complete door schedule with hardward sets defined. 17. Provide large scale tiolet floor plans and interior elevations. a. Generic accessible details are not acceptable. Provide all accessible dimensions and accessories on the actual designed large scale toilet room elevations. b. Provide wainscote asc per 1006 IBC, Section 1210.2. 18. Any work done in the area called called "Future Tenant Improvement" is to have a separate building permit. 19. Sheet A1 indicates a structural detail for the westerly exit door.
