Condition 14 of the ordinance requires a minimum 67 feet 8 inches setback from the center of the monopole to the north property line, consistent with the PDP. The proposal is for a 52 feet, 8 inches setback. Again, the plan must be modified, or the condition must be changed by Mayor and Council. |
