Comment not resolved; the maximum capacity of a 3" building drain is 35 fixture units. The grease interceptor calculation indicates 99 fixture units being connected to the existing grease interceptor with 38 fixture units coming from the new restaurant. The maximum number of fixture units that can be accommodated by a 3" pipe is 35 fixture units. The drawing also indicates that the existing grease interceptor has a 3" inlet.
