DDO required for the following.
2. Per LUC Section 3.2.6.4, R-2 Zone, Development Designator "I", Perimeter Yard Indicator "AA" the required perimeter yard setback is 6.0' or 2/3 the height of the exterior wall. When a site wall exceeds 6'-0" it is required to meet perimeter yard requirements. Proposed 8.0' high site wall along the north perimeter yard. Required perimeter yard setback is 8'-0", proposed perimeter yard setback is 0'-8".
