North perimeter yard setback to proposed single family residence, based on a wall height of 14.5' the required perimeter yard is 9.67', proposed perimeter yard setback 6.0'. 2. For the purposes of this DDO Elevation "B" on Sheet 3.1b was used. 3. Remove Sheet 3.1a from the DDO package prior to submittal. 4.
