This site is in the HC-3 Zone. Historic review is required (LUC Section 2.8.8.2 & 2.8.8.5). (This project is scheduled for historic review.) The Development Designator is "S" in the HC-3 zone (LUC Sections 2.5.5.2.F.1 & 3.2.3.1.D). The Perimeter Yard Indicator is CC (LUC Sections 3.2.3.1.D & 3.2.6.4). The setback requirement to the interior lot lines equals the height of each of the structure's wall facing each interior property line (LUC Section 3.2.6.4). The height of each wall facing the south and east property lines is twenty (20) feet, eleven (11) inches. The propose setback to the south property line is two (2) feet. The minimum setback to the front property line is twenty (20) feet (LUC Section 3.2.6.5). The minimum setback for a driveway to the front of a carport or a garage door is eighteen (18) to the property line (LUC Section 3.2.6.5.B.2.a.1) and an addition minimum of one (1) foot to the edge of the sidewalk (LUC Section 3.2.6.5.2.a.2). The proposed setback is six (6) inches to the property line. No dimension is provided to the sidewalk.
