1. DS 2-02.2.1.A.5 Provide the bearing of the south property line.

4. DS 2-02.2.1.A.12 The sidewalk connecting to Harrison Rd at the access aisle for the handicap parking space appears to be blocked by a curb. Clearly indicate if the sidewalk is flush with the access aisle or if raised indicate a handicap ramp.

Provide pedestrian circulation path to the trash enclosure per DS 2-08.3.1. The pedestrian circulation path must be physically separated from all vehicular use areas except when crossing the PAAL.

5. DS 2-02.2.1.A.14 Clearly indicate the maneuvering area for the loading zone. Contact engineering for clarification.

The loading zone indicated appears to be located over the speaker stand. Revise.

The loading zone appears to be located over the clearance bar for the drive thru. Unless the clearance bar is set at 15' clearance (required for a loading zone) it may have to be relocated. Clarify.
