COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for full code compliance for the entire site.

2. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A The site plan should be drawn at a standard engineering scale no larger than l" = 60' not an architectural scale.

3. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.2 Provide a property description, legal description, on the site plan.

4. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.5 Show the lot lines and provide lot dimensions and bearings on the site plan.

5. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.6 Provide the height of the proposed shade structure on the site plan.

6. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.7 Provide setback dimensions to the north, south and east property lines on the site plan.

7. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.9 As it appears that accessible parking is provided within the right-of-way for this project than two (2) Class 2 bicycle parking spaces are required for this site. Provide a detail that meets the requirements of D.S. 2-09.0.

The parking area available is not sufficient for accessible parking spaces, too small. The entance layout appears to be great a passenger loading zone but it is not designed with an accessible passenger loading zone. Please redesign the loading and include an accessible passenger loading zone as per ADAAG, Section 4.6.
2. If the seating leave out at the Picnic Table is for wheelchair persons, please identify it with the international symbol painted on the concrete surface at the space.

2. The address and parcel code for this project is for the established/developed part of Swan Park. The permit must be revised to apply to the correct parcel.
3. Clearly indicate the location of all facilities and development on the plan.
4. Provide estimated cut and fill quantities for this project.
5. The area along the north boundary of this property has historically been used for utility and solid waste access. Explain how this will be addressed. Water, sewer and electrical lines serving the adjacent residences are in this area.
