The following toilet rooms are not part of critical care or intensive care sleeping rooms and are not code compliant: 19, 22, 23 and 40. Please redesign and insure compliance with ICC (ANSI 117.1), Section 603. 5. As per the 2006 IBC, Section 1005.2, Doors opening into the path of egress travel shall not reduce the required width to less than one-half during the course of the swing. Non compliant doors are as follows: 8, 29, 33 and 46. Please redesign doors to comply with code and resubmit. SHEET NOS. A2.1 AND MC-1 6. A point of use water dispenser is called out on sheet A2.1. As per COT Planning and Development Services Department policy adoption, a point of use water dispenser shall be the type that is permanently connected to a water supply source, a 1/4" water line.
