COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. Provide a response letter with your next submittal.

2. This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for full code compliance for a change of use.

3. This comment was not addressed. The provided site plan does not accurately depict the current site conditions. Revise the drawings to reflect what is to remain as is and any new additions. If existing buildings are proposed as to be permitted then show then as to be permitted. The discrepancies on the site plan are too numerous to list, contact the Zoning reviewer in regards to this comment.

4. This comment was not addressed. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.2 Provide a legal description on the site plan.

5. This comment was not addressed. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.12 Pedestrian circulation is required per D.S. 2-08.3.0 but would not be required to be a concrete sidewalk. Pedestrian circulation needs to be designed to comply with handicap requirements of the IBC.

6. D.S. 2-02.2.2.A.3 The proposed lot coverage exceeds the allowed for the proposed use in an SR zone. A Board of Adjustment for Variance is required to exceed the lot coverage.
