Sheet P1, however, still calls for a 1" water meter and also references the civil drawings. The closest thing to a civil drawing appears to be sheet A1, which also shows a 1" water service for the building. Sheet P1 indicates the location of the backflow preventer but does not locate the water meter. Coordinate the drawings to clearly show what is being installed and the locations for the water meter and the backflow preventer. Reference: Section 103.2.3, UPC 2006.
