Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the Site/Building Plan applications at this time. The following item needs to be addressed: SITE PLAN COMMENTS: 1) Provide the Docket and Page information for all new proposed easements, specifically the 20-foot access easement. As stated in a phone conversation with John Banks, RA on 19JUL10 the site plan only references the Docket and Page associated with the utility easements, but does not specifically call out the 20-foot access easement. Provide the Docket and Page information from the County Recorders Office defining the easements and the legal exhibit used to describe the easements (both utility and access). Per the phone conversation this documentation has not yet been provided by the applicant or permit runner so the project has been denied until verification of the easements can be provided. GENERAL COMMENTS: Please provide the supplemental information requested above for final site plan review and approval. For expedite purposes the site plan can be reviewed over the counter (PDSD Engineering Division comment only) for stamp approval once the supplemental information is provided.
