The Electrical plans have been denied for the following"

1. Show the location of Switchgear DSA on plan.
2. Number the PV Sheets accordingly so each can be identified individually.
3. Provide an accurate description of the how the tap from the 400 Amp PV System to the Switchgear will be made. This may cause a void on the listing to the Switchgear. The tap is to be installed by what method? Will the tap be on the primary or secondary and in which section?
4.Indicate if this new PV Disconnect will become a main according to NEC 2005 230, the tap will not come into consideration if the PV disconnect must be grouped and identified as a Main.
5. Provide fault current calculations from the Main PV disconnect through to the PV equipment until taken to safe levels or show equipment is rated for available fault.
6. Provide on the plan how each group array comes out of each section such as N1,N2,and S1. Number the arrays accordingly.
7. Provide a cut sheet of fixtures, the will need to show 277 volts since they feed from a 277 v Pnl.
8. Indicate which of the modules and inverters are to be used on plan , according to cut sheets.
9. The reference sheet for the electrical loads provided cannot be used since there is no city stamp on the plan. Provide you own information on the electrical sheets.
10. Locations of PV equipment shown is insufficient, where will PV panel go ? Will the panel be installed near the inverters? Is the only equipment that goes on building just the PV Meter and Disconnect ?
