This site plan was reviewed for compliance with the City of Tucson Development Standards (D.S.) and Land Use Code (LUC) for full code compliance. 2. The following items in regards to the Development Standards Modification Request (DSMR) need to be added to the plan(s); a. Add the following to the DSMR note, state the modifications granted, and conditions imposed. b. The case number must be added to each sheet of the site plan, grading plan, landscape plan, in the lower right corner near the title block. 3. Once the above comment has been addressed Zoning is willing to provide and over-the-counter review. Please call or email to schedule an appointment for this review. 4. Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the plan sets at this time. The following item needs to be addressed: SITE PLAN COMMENTS: 1) Restated- DS Sec.2-02.2.1.A.16: Revise the General Note on the site plan to list all of the information for the approved DSMR: Along with the Development Standard # and the date of DSMR approval the note should clearly state what was being revised and what conditions where place upon the DSMR at time of approval. GRADING PLAN COMMENTS: 2) The grading plan (T10BU00828) will be approved with the approval of the site plan. STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN: 3) The proposed SWPPP meets the minimum requirements of the AzPDES Construction General Permit (CGP). However the SWPPP and Exhibits can not be stamped approved until approval of the grading plan. Provide both copies with resubmittal for stamp approval. GENERAL COMMENTS: Please provide a revised plan set that addresses the comment provided above. For expedite purposes the site/grading plan can be reviewed over the counter (PDSD Engineering Division comment only) for stamp approval once all items have been addressed.
