Engineering Division does not recommend approval of the site plan at this time. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the site plan. Site Plan: 1. Lot lines are not matching what is being depicted through GIS. Address all zoning comments regarding any lot combinations that are required prior to approval and/or further review. 2. Please revise location map to meet minimum location map criteria per D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.4. A. A small project location map shall be drawn on the first sheet of the development plan, preferably in the upper right corner. The map should cover approximately one (1) square mile, be drawn at a minimum of 3" = 1mile, and provide the following information: 1. Show the subject property approximately centered within the one (1) square mile area. 2. Identify conditions within the square mile area, such as major streets and watercourses. 3. Section, Township, and range; section corners; north arrow; and scale will be labeled. 3. Please label all lot dimensions and bearings per D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.5. Specifically, dimension and label bearings surrounding site location. If a lot combination is required, provide new legal description along with any associated data that pertains to the change. 4.
